1. Definitions

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.
• "Loomlogic", "we", "us", "our" means Loomlogic, 54 Tiwanon Road, Talat Khwan, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.
• "User", "you", "your" means any person who accesses our website or enrolls in a course.
• "Course" means any of our online learning tracks (Logic & Code Foundations, Reasoning Systems Workshop, Architecture & Capstone).
• "Content" means all materials, lessons, exercises, and project briefs provided in our courses.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course or submitting a contact form, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you accept these Terms in full. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Course Description and Availability

Our courses are delivered online in English. We offer three tracks:

• Logic & Code Foundations (฿3,800) — beginner level
• Reasoning Systems Workshop (฿6,500) — intermediate level
• Architecture & Capstone (฿11,200) — senior level

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a course with reasonable notice to enrolled learners. We do not impose geographic restrictions on enrolment, though learners are responsible for ensuring they can access online content in their jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts and Access

Upon enrolment, you will receive access credentials for course materials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login details. Access is for individual use only — you may not provide course content or credentials to another person.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

When using our website or courses, you agree to:

• Use materials only for your own personal educational purposes
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish course content without written permission
• Not submit work that is not your own in project exercises
• Not attempt to access parts of our system that you are not authorised to use
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Conduct yourself with respect toward our staff and other users in any communications

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to lesson text, exercises, project briefs, code examples, and worked solutions, is the intellectual property of Loomlogic or its licensors. Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course materials for your own educational purposes only. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or sublicensing of any material.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due at the time of enrolment. We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. Prices include applicable Thai VAT where required.

Refunds: We offer a refund within 7 days of enrolment if you have not accessed more than the first lesson of the course. After that period, or once you have accessed the material beyond the first lesson, enrolment fees are non-refundable. If we cancel a course, enrolled learners will receive a full refund.

8. Course-Specific Terms

The following apply to enrolment in our courses:

• There are no mandatory deadlines — you progress at your own pace
• Access to course materials does not expire after enrolment
• Mentor feedback (where included) is provided within 7 working days of project submission
• Loomlogic does not issue formal qualifications or accredited certificates; course completion is acknowledged by internal record only
• Academic integrity is expected: submitted project work must be your own

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about specific outcomes, employment prospects, salary changes, or skills gained beyond what the course materials themselves contain. Completing a course does not constitute a qualification, professional credential, or endorsement of any kind. We are not a licensed educational institution under Thai law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Loomlogic's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our courses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Loomlogic and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials, or your violation of any third-party rights in connection with your use of our platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. If you wish to close your account, contact us at [email protected]. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be addressed through written correspondence with us. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. We welcome informal resolution before resorting to legal proceedings.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Loomlogic regarding our courses and website.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without notice in the context of a business reorganisation.
• Notices: Formal notices to us should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our courses after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
